Tenants
At Corinthian we strive to make your renting experience as stress free as possible. Our properties available for rent are all listed on our website, and on Trade Me, with a video tour of the property if it is vacant. This can be a real help in checking out the layout and facilities, without having to take time off work or away from your family to view a property, only to realise it doesn’t quite meet your needs.
Once viewed,
you can apply to rent a property online here, or complete an application form available at the property viewing and get it back to us, along with a copy of your photo ID. If your application is accepted you will need to pay your first weeks rent as a holding deposit, with the balance due paid before your move in date. Make your life easier by using Fast Connect (link to their details) to connect your power, internet, phone, Sky TV, gas – all with one easy phone call – and it’s free!
We respect your rights to privacy and quiet enjoyment once you are a tenant of ours. We do take the management of investment properties seriously and all we ask from you is that you pay your rent on time and that you care for the property as if it is your own home. We will do our best to assist you with whatever you need during our time together. If you wish to make a request for repairs,
please do so here, for anything urgent please call the office directly. If you ever have a concern which you believe is not being treated fairly by our staff, please let us know and we will attend to it promptly

"I cannot thank the team at Corinthian Property Management enough for making my experience as a 'first time renter' as easy and stress-free as it has been. They are the most friendly bunch of people and were always quick to respond to any queries I had with the renting process. Right down to who is the best and cheapest guy to get in to clean the carpets, they will go out of their way to help which made this such an enjoyable experience. They have set the bar high for property managers I may come across in the future!"
